# How can Drift be integrated into Salesforce?

It´s beneficial that Drift is integrated into Salesforce so that everything is in one place and thus has a 360 view of the customers we serve on a day-to-day basis.

Drift integrates seamlessly with your Salesforce; we can map in Leads, Contacts, Drift Conversations, Drift Meetings, Drift Chat-to-Calls, and we have a read-only connection for Accounts and Opportunities. Not only does this allow you to keep your CRM up to date, but it also allows for you to operationalize your ABM strategy with Drift.

Additionally, it makes attribution a no-brainer as we have our own Salesforce app in the AppExchange, which comes with pre-built reports ready out-of-the-box!
